Pool and Spa Technician

With top-of-the-line products, knowledgeable service professionals, and over 75 years of experience, we have been helping the people of Central New York realize their backyard dreams.Job Description:We are seeking professional pool maintenance and service technicians to join our team. As part of this role, you will assist with the weekly maintenance and repairs of swimming pools and spas. This position involves direct customer interaction, so a strong customer service focus is essential.Responsibilities:

• Perform pool openings and closings.
• Conduct weekly pool cleanings and maintenance.
• Handle repairs to plumbing, heaters, filters, and other pool equipment.
• Balance water chemistry to ensure safe parameters.
• Maintain a safe and clean work environment.
• Track all equipment and supplies.
• Occasionally engage in sales and upgrades of existing equipment.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in cleaning, maintenance, or related fields preferred.
• Familiarity with maintenance tools and equipment.
• Ability to handle physical workload and lift up to 50 lbs regularly.
• Strong team player with excellent multitasking skills.
• Ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
• Experience in the industry is preferred, but we are willing to train motivated individuals.
• Must be available for overtime, including Saturdays, when needed.
