Syr Comm Health Cntr is seeking a Facilities Staff II to perform minor repairs and conduct preventative maintenance across our facilities in Syracuse, NY. You will be responsible for daily housekeeping duties, ensuring that the interior and exterior of the facilities are well-maintained year-round.
The ideal candidate must possess a High School Diploma or equivalent, with three years of maintenance experience. This role requires physical strength and the ability to lift up to 80 lbs, as well as work in various weather conditions.
