HOUSEKEEPER (ENVIRONMENTAL SERVICES)

Pay: $16.25 per hour
Van Duyn Center for Rehabilitation & Nursing is seeking dependable and hardworking Housekeepers to join our Environmental Services team.
Housekeepers play a critical role in creating a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for our residents, visitors, and staff. If you take pride in your work, enjoy staying active throughout your shift, and appreciate seeing the results of your efforts every day, we'd love to hear from you.
What You'll Do- Clean resident rooms, bathrooms, common areas, offices, and hallways
- Dust, sweep, mop, vacuum, and disinfect assigned areas
- Replenish supplies as needed
- Remove trash and recyclables
- Follow infection prevention and safety procedures
- Report maintenance or safety concerns to supervisors
- Work independently while maintaining high standards of cleanliness
- Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
- Ability to work independently and stay organized
- Attention to detail
- Positive attitude and willingness to be part of a team
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, lift, and perform physical tasks throughout the shift
Previous housekeeping, custodial, janitorial, hotel, hospitality, or environmental services experience is helpful but not required. We are willing to train motivated individuals.
