Facilities Floor Technician Specialist

This position is available to start right away, with comprehensive on-the-job training included.
Job Responsibilities Include (but are not limited to):
- Regular use of medium to heavy equipment such as floor buffers, carpet cleaner, auto floor scrubbers and other hands on equipment.
- Tile and grout cleaning
- Performing deep clean services
- Stripping & refinishing VCT floors to rid of damaged floor finish and reapply
- Keeping supplies and equipment organized and well stocked.
- Maintaining cleanliness of company vehicles
- Commercial window cleaning
- Post-construction clean up
- Pressure washing

Shifts:
We recognize that each person's schedule varies. Therefore, we provide a range of shift options, including mornings and evenings, to align with your availability.
Competitive Compensation:
- Hourly Wage:
Starting at $19.00 per hour, depending on your location and experience. Ranging between $19.00 - $21.00 per hour
