Job Overview
Our client is looking for a Maintenance Manager. This is a full‑time, direct hire position.
Responsibilities- Coaching, mentoring and training maintenance associates
- Overseeing plant and facility maintenance including utilities (HVAC, refrigeration, wastewater, piping), automation (PLC, HMI, Ethernet, controls) and equipment (pumps, pneumatics, conveyors, heat exchangers), etc.
- Managing plant projects and maintaining budgets
- Implementing a preventative and predictive maintenance program
- BS in Engineering preferred; equivalent experience accepted
- Experience with facility and plant maintenance required, along with prior supervision experience
- Any maintenance certifications desired (master electrician, boiler operation, ammonia operation, HVAC)
- Experience with SAP and CMMS a plus
- Previous food manufacturing experience, GMP, HACCP or similar
- Local candidates preferred; relocation assistance will be provided
