Perform floor maintenance including stripping, waxing, carpet cleaning, and deep cleaning across various flooring types;
Operate floor machines and extractors to clean and sanitize flooring and upholstery;
Travel to facilities within designated route/radius and maintain bank-provided vehicle and electronics;
Close out work orders in the Computerized Maintenance Management System via cellphone, iPad, or computer;
Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and communicate professionally with colleagues and customers
