Salary: $20.00 – $23.00 per hour (uncapped customer upgrade and referral bonuses, annual incentive trip)

We are seeking a hard‑working, innovative Pest Control Technician to join our full‑time team, based in the Syracuse, NY area. The role reports to the Syracuse office once per week and requires a collaborative team‑player who can also excel independently.

• Run a daily route to resolve customer pest concerns and issues.
• Maintain truck and equipment in proper working order.
• Keep accurate records of treatments provided.
• Mix, apply, and work with pesticides following state and federal laws.
• Serve as a subject‑matter expert, implementing the most efficient pest solution for each customer.
• Maintain and service all route customers according to company standards and procedures.
• Advise customers of potential problems and keep management informed of issues encountered on service routes.
• Maintain proper inventory of pesticides in use.

• No experience necessary; on‑the‑job training provided.
• Valid U.S. driver’s license with a minimum of 3 years of use.
• Clean driving record (no more than one moving violation in the past year and no more than two in the past four years).
• Drug test and background check required.
