Compensation & Schedule

$18.00 per hour plus $0.50 shift differential; full benefits. Shift: Monday‑Friday plus rotating weekends, 3:00 pm‑11:30 pm. Shift differential applies.

Location

Primary:
St. Joseph Hospital Health Center, Syracuse, New York.

Responsibilities

• Delivers equipment to patient rooms or standby locations in patient‑ready condition with appropriate software, accessories, and disposables.
• Confidently communicates with clinical staff on equipment features, functionality, etc.
• Provides quality service, performs to quality standards, and meets both customer and company metrics.
• Picks up, cleans, and processes all equipment, preparing it for patient‑ready use following all company and hospital protocols.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Customer service experience required; prior work experience in a hospital setting preferred.
• Basic computer skills.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, holidays, and emergency off‑hours as required for a 24/7 schedule.
• Able to lift and/or push up to 75 pounds and stand and walk for long periods of time.
• Ability to frequently bend, stoop, twist, climb, crouch/squat, kneel/crawl, sit, and stand for long periods.

Vaccination Requirements

You may be required to obtain certain vaccinations, including COVID‑19, or provide proof of current vaccination status. Agiliti will provide directions and cover the expense at a participating clinic.

Pay Range

$13.72 – $20.82 (base salary; may vary by location, experience, etc.).
