Salary Range: $20.00 To $23.10 Hourly

Perform minor repairs and preventive maintenance related to all SCH buildings/facilities. Routinely perform daily housekeeping and cleaning functions in an assigned work area. Maintain the interior and exterior of the facilities all year long. Provide courier services between locations.

• Facilities Staff II:
  High School Diploma or equivalent required. Three years' maintenance experience required.
• Facilities Staff III:
  High School Diploma or equivalent required. 5-7 years demonstrated building maintenance experience required. Advanced trade certifications in carpentry, plumbing, and electrical preferred or equivalent combination of experience and training.

• Ambulatory – 95% Sedentary – 5%
• Subject to stress and fatigue.
• Requires manual and finger dexterity and eye-hand coordination when working with equipment.
• Subject to repeated bending, squatting, and stooping and lifting up to 80 lbs.
• Requires corrected vision and hearing within normal range.
• Ability to stand and walk for duration of shift.
• Must be willing to work in inclement weather.
• Must be willing to climb ladders and work at heights up to 40 ft.

Facilities Staff III Expected Hiring Range $22.00 - $23.10
