* ** Salary $110,000 - $130,000 annually*
* ** Shift: 7am-7pm (Flexibility needed)*
* ** What's a typical day as Maintenance Manager? You'll be:*
* + Leading, mentoring, and developing the maintenance team to achieve departmental goals

+ Overseeing the troubleshooting, repair, and maintenance of mechanical, electrical, and pneumatic systems

+ Developing and managing preventive maintenance schedules to minimize downtime and extend equipment life

+ Establishing and maintaining detailed maintenance records and computer logs

+ Ensuring alignment with company objectives for energy efficiency, ISO compliance, and green initiatives

+ Managing maintenance budgets, inventory, and procurement of parts and supplies

+ Coordinating and overseeing third-party contractors and vendors for specialized services

+ Driving continuous improvement in safety, reliability, and maintenance processes

+ Ensuring all maintenance activities comply with safety regulations and company policies

+ Collaborating with production, engineering, and quality teams to support operational excellence

** This job might be an outstanding fit if you:*
* + Have an Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Industrial Maintenance, Engineering, or a related field-or equivalent experience

+ Possess proven leadership experience in an industrial maintenance environment

+ Demonstrate strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and pneumatic systems

+ Have experience with preventive maintenance programs and CMMS systems

+ Are familiar with ISO 50001, 9001, 14001, or similar standards

+ Exhibit excellent organizational, communication, and team leadership skills

+ Bring solid problem-solving abilities and a commitment to continuous improvement
