About the Role:

As a Custodial Cleaner, you will help maintain the cleanliness, safety, and appearance of indoor and outdoor work environments. Responsibilities include custodial cleaning, grounds maintenance, seasonal tasks such as leaf removal and snow clearing, waste and recycling collection, restroom cleaning and restocking, floor care, window cleaning, and general upkeep of assigned areas. You will also safely operate and maintain equipment, follow established safety procedures, and communicate any concerns or maintenance needs to your supervisor.

Education and Experience: A high school diploma, GED, or equivalent is required, along with experience in grounds maintenance.

Language

Skills:

Ability to read and follow safety guidelines, instructions, and material safety data sheets. Ability to write simple reports and communicate clearly with coworkers, customers, and supervisors.

Physical Requirements: This role requires regular standing and walking, frequent use of hands and arms, and lifting or moving up to 50 pounds.

Work Environment: Work takes place outdoors and in various conditions, including exposure to noise, dust, heat, and fumes, which may sometimes be uncomfortable.
