Location: City of Syracuse
Asset Living is seeking a Porter in Syracuse, NY to support maintenance, make-ready tasks, and daily operations across the community. The role involves corrective, preventative, routine, and cosmetic maintenance under supervision of the Maintenance Supervisor and Community Manager.
You will perform grounds and common area upkeep, respond to work orders, and assist in safety programs. A High School Diploma and basic computer skills are required; OSHA and housing-law knowledge are a plus.
