Position Summary:
Performs and coordinates schedule of preventative maintenance and necessary repair of equipment, machinery, tools, or buildings by performing the following duties.
Qualifications:
- Ability to apply concepts of basic algebra and geometry.
- Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out detailed but uninvolved written or oral instructions.
- Current Washington State Driver's License.
- Safe Driving Record.
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED
- Reviews manufacturers' service manuals, own establishment's usage schedules, and records of maintenance problems to determine optimum frequency of preventive maintenance.
- Repair machinery and equipment as directed after consultation with Director of Facilities.
- Work with outside contractors and assesses their performance.
- Estimates costs of parts and supplies to be used during scheduled maintenance.
- Maintains records of planned and completed maintenance.
- Responds to work requests through the work order system as designated.
- Assists with set-up and break down of facility events and activities, as needed.

Upon first day of hire, all staff are required to provide documentation of influenza vaccination (Seasonally for Influenza). Additionally, all staff will undergo tuberculosis testing upon their first day and annually.
