• Perform comprehensive residential cleaning tasks including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitation of all living areas
• Execute specialized floor care such as carpet cleaning and floor polishing to maintain high standards of cleanliness
• Manage laundry and linen services efficiently, ensuring proper handling and storage
• Maintain impeccable sanitation standards across kitchens, bathrooms, and common areas using approved cleaning products and techniques
• Provide excellent customer service by addressing client needs professionally and courteously during visits
• Follow detailed cleaning checklists to ensure all client specifications are met or exceeded
• Utilize janitorial and custodial equipment safely and effectively while adhering to health and safety regulations

• Proven experience in residential cleaning or housekeeping management with a strong understanding of cleaning procedures and best practices
• Prior janitorial or custodial experience in commercial or hotel environments is highly desirable
• Skilled in various cleaning techniques including carpet cleaning, floor care, sanitation, and general housekeeping tasks
• Familiarity with laundry operations, including sorting, washing, drying, folding, and storage
• Experience providing excellent customer service with a focus on client satisfaction and professionalism

Pay: $20.00 - $21.00 per hour
