Xanitos is a specialist in Ambulatory Cleaning Services providing professional cleaning for medical office buildings, clinics, and outpatient surgery centers. The company seeks 2nd‑shift, part‑time Ambulatory Housekeepers for Kaiser Permanente Hear Center and Eye Care in Tacoma, WA.

• Hourly Pay Rate: $20.82

  6:00 pm – 10:00 pm, Mon – Fri
• Actual scheduled hours/days may vary; schedule flexibility required for on‑call shifts.
• Must have reliable transportation.

Keep premises of ambulatory facilities in clean, orderly condition by performing the following duties.

• Cleans and polishes lighting fixtures, marble surfaces, and trim.
• Cleans rooms, hallways, lobbies, lounges, restrooms, corridors, elevators, stairways, locker rooms, and other work areas.
• Sweeps and/or vacuums floor.
• Dusts furniture and equipment.
• Polishes metalwork.
• Washes walls, ceilings, and woodwork.
• Washes windows, door panels, and sills.
• Empties wastebaskets.
• Transports trash and waste to disposal area.
• Replenishes bathroom supplies.
• Transports small equipment or tools between departments.
• Must have reliable transportation to travel to all client locations.

• Experience in the janitorial industry is a plus.
• Medical cleaning experience is a plus.
• Post‑offer medical, background screening, and drug test required.
• High school diploma or GED; or equivalent required.
• Ability to follow basic written and verbal instructions in English.
• Successful applicants must be fully vaccinated against COVID‑19 unless a medical or religious exemption is granted.
