Stormwater Field Service Technician

Catch All Environmental is hiring a Field Service Technician to help maintain and repair stormwater systems throughout the Puget Sound region. This role involves hands‑on outdoor work, operating specialized equipment, and supporting environmental compliance for our clients.

We service and maintain stormwater systems to ensure they meet environmental regulatory requirements and function effectively.

When a stormwater system is not maintained, it exposes the owner to drainage failure and hefty fines for harming the environment.

We are looking for an enthusiastic, team-oriented field service technician who cares about improving the environment and is committed to helping our clients (and themselves) be environmental heroes. This role requires a team‑oriented individual who will support others around them to be as efficient and effective as possible.

This position will be responsible for cleaning and maintaining stormwater systems outdoors. Duties include inspecting stormwater systems, supporting and operating a Vactor truck, and operating other hand tools and equipment. Training will be provided.

Starting wage rate is $22.00–$25.00/hr plus a monthly incentive bonus. We provide a health benefits package and a 401(k) contribution program.
