Monday – Friday, 8 am – 5 pm

Riverside Park Apartments, 3107 E Main Ave, Puyallup, WA 98372

• 1 year or more of previous experience in property‑management maintenance, building maintenance, or a related trade
• Valid driver’s license, reliable vehicle, and auto insurance
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Ability to read, write, and understand English
• Ability to use a computer and the tracking systems used at the property
• Professional appearance
• Willingness to comply with all safety regulations
• Availability to work weekends and non‑traditional holidays
• Physical ability to stand, walk, sit, bend, and crouch as needed
• Physical ability to lift 50+ lbs

• Troubleshoot and repair HVAC, plumbing, electrical, appliances, and more
• Complete work orders and prepare units for new occupancy
• Rotate on‑call for emergency maintenance
• Order supplies and keep accurate records
• Maintain safety and property standards
