• Provide clear and accurate signals to the Crane Operator during the lifting process using the applicable standard hand signals.

• Ensure the work area is safe before and during the lifting process.

• Direct the crane movement and load to avoid obstructions, other workers, or potential hazards.

• Coordinate with the Rigger, Crane Operator, and Supervisor to ensure the lifting is in accordance with the lifting plan.

• Stop the work if unsafe conditions are found.

• Ensure effective communication (using radio communication if necessary).

• Assist in monitoring the position of the load during the lifting, moving, and placement of materials.

1. Ensure the application of Integrated Management System, including risk identification, documentation, and control in the relevant department work area.

2. Encourage and ensure the commitment of each team member to understand and comply with all applicable Integrated Management System requirements.

3. Be prepared to participate in the investigation of accidents, incidents, or actions that could potentially cause incidents due to unsafe actions or unsafe conditions, including providing accurate information and reports based on known facts.

4. Be prepared to participate in the control of information security to protect the company's information assets and processing information assets from threats to confidentiality, integrity, and availability.

• Minimum high school/vocational school or equivalent.

• Possess a Signaler/Signalman certificate from an authorized institution (Disnaker/BNSP or equivalent).

• Possess a Banksman Initial Training - OPITO certificate.

• Minimum 1–2 years of experience as a Signaler/Signalman.

• Master the crane standard hand signals.

• Understand lifting procedures and occupational safety basics.

• Able to use communication devices (HT/radio).

• Understand blind spot areas and crane operational risks.
