Tidy Vibe is looking for a Lead Cleaner to guide our team, support clients, and uphold our quality standards with confidence, care, and good vibes.

To support your role, we offer:

• Lead Pay: $22.00 – $32.00/hr.

Our #2 Priority is to provide a stellar cleaning service for our clients. You ensure this by modeling excellence and supporting your crew.

You will:

• Lead & Delegate: Guide cleaning teams on-site, assigning tasks to ensure efficiency while physically assisting with the cleaning to set the pace.
• Manage Client Connections: Serve as the main point of contact, leading initial and final walkthroughs to ensure the client is thrilled with the "Vibe."
• Uphold Quality Standards: Track team progress, ensure every checklist item is perfected, and handle post-service communication: like "tipping texts" and client notes.
• Coordinate Logistics: Communicate arrival times, updates, and any on-site issues to both the client and management.

Requirements:

• 3+ years of residential cleaning experience + 1 year as a Trainer or Lead.
• Strong communicator who is comfortable holding others accountable and modeling values.
• Valid driver’s license, insurance, and reliable transportation.
• Able to lift 25–35 lbs.
• Able to work Mon–Fri, 9am–5pm (32–35 hrs/week).
• Ability to pass a criminal background check.

• At least 1 year experience as a trainer, quality control (QC), or lead

• Able to work 32–35 hrs/week, Mon–Fri 9am–5pm
