Housekeeper
The Housekeeper is responsible for maintaining clean and sanitary resident rooms, common areas, and offices while adhering to Weatherly Inn's high standards of safety and care.
Weatherly Inn is a family-owned senior living community known for excellence in memory care and resident-centered support. We work closely with families to provide compassionate, high-quality care in a warm, professional environment.

Key responsibilities include:
- Clean resident rooms, offices, and common areas according to established policies
- Maintain safe and organized work environment
- Dispose of trash and manage cleaning supplies
- Report needed repairs or unsafe conditions promptly
- Observe and report changes in residents' physical or emotional condition to nursing staff
- Follow Employee Handbook, policies, and procedures
- Perform other duties as assigned
Qualifications include:
- High school diploma or GED preferred
- 1 year housekeeping experience preferred
- Dementia training required within 90 days of hire
- Strong organizational skills and ability to perform repetitive tasks
Physical requirements include:
- Lift up to 40 lbs; push 250 lb carts or residents as needed
- Stand, walk, bend, squat, and perform repetitive arm/hand motions
