• Maintains a clean, safe, sanitary, and welcoming environment throughout the community
• Performs routine cleaning duties in resident areas, common spaces, offices, restrooms, and other assigned locations
• Sweeps, mops, vacuums, dusts, sanitizes, and removes trash as part of daily custodial responsibilities
• Completes floor care and restroom sanitation in accordance with established standards
• Responds to routine cleaning requests and supports day‑to‑day building operations
• Follows safety procedures, infection control practices, and proper use of cleaning supplies and equipment
  
  Assists in maintaining the overall appearance and cleanliness of the campus
• Interacts professionally and courteously with residents, visitors, and team members
• Works independently and collaboratively to ensure assigned tasks are completed in a timely manner
