Experienced Maintenance Technician

Schedule: Tuesday - Saturday, 8 am - 5 pm

Location: Sawyer Trail Apartments and Townhomes - 17412 44th Avenue East, Frederickson, WA 98446

• Troubleshoot and repair HVAC, plumbing, electrical, appliances and more
• Complete work orders and prepare units for new residents
• Rotate on-call for emergency maintenance
• Order supplies and keep accurate records
• Maintain safety and property standards

• 1 year or more of previous experience in property management maintenance, other building maintenance, or a related trade
• Valid driver s license, a reliable vehicle, and auto insurance
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Ability to read, write, and understand English
• Ability to use a computer and the tracking systems used at the property
• Ability to maintain a professional appearance
• Willingness to comply with all safety regulations
• Ability to work weekends and non-traditional holidays
• Ability to stand, walk, sit, bend, and crouch as needed
• Ability to lift 50+ lbs
