Redwood Communities is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to oversee on-site maintenance across our apartment communities. You will lead maintenance technicians, prioritize requests, and ensure safety and quality across all properties.
The role requires 5 years of supervision experience, a valid driver’s license, and ability to work in the U.S. You will coordinate electrical, plumbing, drywall, painting repairs and support turnovers while maintaining asset health.
