Multi-Site Groundskeeper / Maintenance Technician | Briar stone & Bellamonte Apartments (Tacoma, WA)

** Must live within 30 miles of the property and have reliable transportation. If relocating, relocation must be completed prior to start date.**

• Property Information — Briar stone, a 157-unit garden-style community built in 1993 and Bellamonte, a 120-unit garden-style community built in 1991.

• Compensation Package —

• ++Pay Range: $26 to $28_/_Hour]*++

• 1+ years’ experience in multifamily or hotel maintenance required. Applicants with trades experience will receive consideration.
• Experience and willingness to work outdoors is required.
• Experience providing great customer service to residents and/or customers is required.
• Experience using power washers, leaf blowers, and other landscaping tools is required.
• Driver’s license is required.
• CPO certification preferred.
• High school diploma or GED is required.
• Must demonstrate exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Proficient in effective communication and teamwork.
• Maintains a positive attitude and embraces a collaborative team approach.
• Responsible and takes pride in their work.
• Fluent in English, with strong reading, speaking, and writing skills.
• Comfortable working outdoors as needed.

• Perform general maintenance tasks, including minor plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and appliance repairs.
• Conduct routine inspections and prepare units to be “rent ready” with repairs, painting, and cleaning.
• Maintain building exteriors, doors, windows, and perform preventive maintenance.
• Exercise discretion and independent judgment to evaluate work quality.
• Maintain lawns, gardens, and outdoor common areas by mowing, trimming, and ensuring walkways, driveways, and entryways are clear of debris.
• Keep grounds, work/storage areas, and dumpster areas clean and organized daily to meet company standards.
