Brookdale is seeking an experienced maintenance technician to maintain the interior and exterior of a senior living community in Tacoma. You will ensure living areas meet safety and quality standards and respond promptly to maintenance requests from residents and staff.
Responsibilities include servicing HVAC, elevators, fire and sprinkler systems, generators, landscaping and kitchen equipment, while maintaining clear communication with community directors and residents.
