Part Time - Maintenance - Maintenance Technician - Mission Village of Tahlequah

Omega Management Group is looking to add a Maintenance Technician with our Residential team. The Maintenance Technician performs general maintenance repairs and preventive maintenance throughout the entire portfolio.

• Complete duties using standard levels of productivity and dependability, ensuring timely, zero-defect work.
• Perform necessary repairs and preventive maintenance throughout the entire property.
• Assist and maintain landscape and irrigation systems.
• Maintain a clean, neat, well-groomed professional appearance.
• Wear company-approved attire with identification badge visible.
• Demonstrate honesty, trustworthiness, enthusiasm, and a team/project orientation.
• Offer customer service orientation and support good resident/tenant relations.
• Work independently, direct others as needed, and participate fully in staff meetings and training programs.

• High school diploma or equivalent (required).
• Minimum one year of maintenance experience in a related field or formal training from a trade school (required).
• Reliable transportation, a valid driver's license, and current liability insurance coverage.
• Part-time availability.
