As a Maintenance Technician at Presbyterian Oaks II & III
, you’ll be at the heart of that mission: ensuring our residents live in well‑maintained, comfortable, and safe spaces they’re proud to call home.

What You’ll Do- Take ownership of maintaining the physical condition of the community, inside and out.
- Troubleshoot and repair HVAC systems, electrical issues, plumbing problems, and appliances (stoves, dishwashers, refrigerators, disposals, etc.).
- Complete service requests within 24 hours quickly, efficiently, and with care,
- Perform routine upkeep and preventive maintenance to keep everything running smoothly,
- Help maintain excellent curb appeal
: remove debris, pressure wash exteriors, maintain grounds, and more. - Rotate on‑call duties with the maintenance team for after‑hours and occasional holiday/weekend support.
- Keep inventory of commonly used parts and materials to control maintenance expenditures.
- Collaborate with team members and vendors
and always go the extra mile for residents.
- Previous property maintenance experience
- HVAC certification (preferred but not required)
- Strong knowledge of HVAC, appliances, electrical, plumbing, and carpentry
- Great communication and teamwork skills
- A passion for providing exceptional customer service
- Ability to lift at least 50 pounds
- A valid driver’s license, auto insurance, and reliable transportation
