Maintenance Custodian Associate

Maintain safety of Facility by following all safety standards, procedures, and guidelines including conducting safety sweeps, forklift spotting procedures, handling and disposing of hazardous materials, and reporting unsafe situations;
Clean all areas of the Facility (floors, windows, restrooms, trash receptacles) using approved chemicals, supplies, and equipment;
Ensure a safe and clean environment for Members and Associates by performing maintenance, responding to spills, operating floor scrubbers, and disposing of cardboard, plastic, and trash in line with Environmental Sustainability Program;
Maintain appropriate levels of chemicals and supplies, rotate and store correctly, and place orders to replenish supplies when low;
Contribute to a positive member experience by maintaining a well-kept facility and first/last impressions.
