Sizemore, Inc. is looking for you to join our team in Tallahassee, FL! Starting pay is $15.00/hour with weekly pay available. We offer schedules from Sunday
- Wednesday and Wednesday
- Saturday with shifts ranging from 6:00am - 6:00pm and 6:00pm - 5:00am. We are willing to train the right people.

We conduct a 7-year background check and perform a drug test prior to employment. You must be 18 years old and have reliable transportation.

Responsibilities include gathering and disposing of all cardboard, other packing materials, wood, etc. from designated gaylords and bins; cleaning various flooring surfaces including vacuuming, sweeping, mopping and scrubbing; sanitizing restrooms including sinks, toilets, urinals, floors, etc.; dusting/wiping down office furniture and equipment, baseboards, windows, blinds, etc.; cleaning/disinfecting breakrooms including countertops, microwaves, refrigerators, tables, chairs, floors, etc.; restocking supplies/refilling dispensers in restrooms, breakrooms, common areas, etc.;

emptying all trash cans/receptacles and replacing liners to fit; ensuring proper labeling, dilution and use of all cleaning chemicals available; maintaining janitorial equipment in a clean, safe and operable condition; operating specialized equipment as needed including augers, balers, waste compactors, etc.; preventing losses and damage by reporting irregularities, informing violators of policy and procedures; driving a culture of constant improvement, identifying and implementing projects to increase business-wide effectiveness and efficiency;

abiding by and enforcing Sizemore's and client's policies and procedures; and other tasks as assigned.

Working conditions may require overtime, work inside or outside in various building and weather conditions, extensive walking or standing for extended periods of time, lifting/carrying items generally weighing 50 lbs. or less, and going up and down stairs, bending, stooping and reaching.
