Pride Staff - Up to $28.00/hour - - Responsibilities:
Perform routine maintenance and inspections to ensure all structural and mechanical systems are operating at peak efficiency.;
Maintain building equipment to regulate climate control (air quality, temperature, and humidity) and ensure a comfortable work environment.;
Handle minor plumbing, fabricate walls, install doors/windows, and perform professional painting/finishing as needed.;
Proactively identify and eliminate safety hazards; ensure the overall cleanliness and organization of the facility, keeping the workspace professional and clutter-free.;
Implement proactive measures to reduce the risk of future equipment failures and maintain the building's aesthetic value.
