JAs a Robotic Mower Service Technician, you will play a crucial role in promoting, servicing, and supporting robotic mowers for golf courses and sports turf applications.

You’llworkindependently repairing customer mowers AND directly with customers to ensure their machinesoperateat peak performance through maintenance, repairs, and hands-on training.

You will have a shop to work out of, but will be expected to be mobile and travel to customers (sometimes daily) when needed to assist with service calls, installations, demo set up and take down.

Technical & Mechanical Skills
  • Assist with setting up product demos, installations, repairs, and routine maintenance, ensuring that customers receive the highest level of service and satisfaction.
  • Ability to perform preventative maintenance on robotic mowers, including cleaning, inspection, and routine part replacement.
  • Comfortable diagnosingmowerissues, opening equipment, and completing mechanical and electrical repairs.
  • Ability to replace damaged or worn-out components using proper tools and procedures.
  • Capable of using a computer or tablet to complete digital work orders, update service records, and manage daily tasks.
Customer Interaction & Communication
  • Ability to take incoming customer calls professionally and provide clear, helpful support.
  • Strong communication skills for training customers on mower operation, care, maintenance, and troubleshooting.
  • Comfortable calling customers with service updates, repair status, and scheduling information.
  • Collaborative mindset with a focus on both internal teamwork and external customer relationships.
Organization & Time Management
  • Capacity to manage multiple tasks and projects in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
  • Able to manage personal parts inventory, track usage, and request replenishment as needed.
  • Strong organizational skills for documenting work performed, maintaining accurate service logs, and managing multiple customer appointments.
