Starting hourly rate $20

As a Termite Service Professional, you’ll work outdoors, climb ladders, and help people in their houses or businesses. Your daily duties include:

• Managing Your Own Termite Service Route: Handle the day‑to‑day operations of your route with excellent time‑management skills.
• Perform both pre‑construction and post‑construction termite treatments.
• Solve customer account issues and address current and future needs.
• Communicate regularly and consistently with customers to ensure satisfaction.
• Partner with internal teams like customer service, sales, and management to deliver exceptional service.
• Apply appropriate products according to label standards.
• Maintain a strong safety mindset, especially when handling company equipment and driving the company vehicle.

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• No prior experience necessary.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• Ability to obtain the appropriate pesticide license within the first 90 days of employment (company paid).
• Ability to work in the field independently and manage route‑based assignments.

Physical Demands / Working Environment:

• Safely use ladders within manufacturer’s weight capacity and climb ladders up to 32 feet.
• Lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
• Safely access crawl spaces, attics, confined spaces, roof tops, etc.
• Ability to work in all types of weather conditions.

• Starting hourly rate $20, a company vehicle, and a company cell phone.
