Tampa Bay Girls Academy - Secure is comprised of multiple co‑located residential commitment programs serving high‑risk and max‑risk females youth aged 12‑21. These programs provide services utilizing evidence‑based practices to provide comprehensive care, treatment, and supervision. Youth will also receive psychotherapeutic services, including individual, family, and group counseling.

Pay
:
Starting at $19 per hour, paid bi‑weekly.

• General building maintenance
• Minor electrical repairs
• Repairing drywall
• Painting
• Paneling
• Wallpapering
• Sheetrock work
• Hanging doors
• Adjusting/changing locks and door hardware
• Fixing or replacing broken windows and screens
• Hanging pictures
• Minor plumbing repairs
• Unplugging drains
• Replacing leaky washers
• Re‑lighting
• Replacing and adjusting heaters and controls
• Maintaining smoke detectors and emergency lights
• Maintaining swamp coolers/air conditioners and generators
• Replacing floor tiles, carpeting, wood flooring, and/or linoleum repairs
• Repairing roofing
• Some grounds maintenance & irrigation repairs if needed

• Possess a High School Diploma or GED
• Be at least 21 years of age
• Be able to pass a criminal background check, drug screen, physical, and TB test
• Be able to pass a search of the child abuse central registry
