The ideal candidate has at least 5-years' experience, accurate math and estimating skills and loves the Guest service side of the Collision business.

Responsibilities Include
- Estimate vehicle damage repair costs and submit to insurance company, or to Guest for self-pay.
- Assist Guest with insurance claims and submit claims.
- Invoice and reconcile insurance claims and collect payment.
- Invoice Guest for self-pay and collect payment.
- Maintain Guest contact throughout the entire vehicle repair process and communicate timeline for completion.
- Prepare pre-delivery paperwork.
- Review work performed and inspect vehicle prior to delivery to Guest.
- Deliver completed vehicle to Guest.
- Perform other administrative duties as assigned.
- Experience as a Collision Estimator.
- Excellent Guest relations skills.
- Desire to achieve Consumer Satisfaction scoring at or above company required levels for work quality and repair cycle time.
- Bi-lingual with proficiency in both English and Spanish highly desirable.
- Excellent verbal & non-verbal skills, listening skills and ability to problem-solve.
- High school diploma or GED equivalent preferred.
- Must have a valid US government issued Driver's License, safe driving record and eligible to work in the United States.
- Must be able to pass a pre-employment background screening and drug test.
