Janitor Works provides commercial cleaning, janitorial services, and construction cleanup across Tampa Bay and surrounding areas. We maintain consistent service for our clients by ensuring coverage for all scheduled cleaning routes.

We are hiring dependable floaters to support daily operations and fill scheduling gaps.

• Cover shifts when regular cleaners are unavailable
• Assist with new account startup cleanings
• Support multiple job sites as needed
• Perform general commercial cleaning tasks
• Help maintain schedule consistency across all accounts

• Basic cleaning experience preferred but not required
