What We Are Looking For We are hiring full-time Janitorial Cleaning Technicians to join our growing team at assigned commercial facilities in the Tampa area. This is a hands-on role for someone who takes pride in maintaining spotless, well-organized spaces and is looking for consistent, reliable hours. As our client base expands, qualified candidates in our database will be among the first contacted for new full-time placements.
* This is an ongoing recruitment effort to fill current and future full-time openings as our operations grow.*## Responsibilities
* Perform comprehensive daily cleaning including sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, dusting, and polishing surfaces.
* Clean, sanitize, and restock all restrooms throughout each shift.
* Empty trash and recycling receptacles; replace liners and transport waste to designated areas.
* Maintain lobbies, hallways, break rooms, offices, and all common areas to company standards.
* Sanitize high-touch surfaces including door handles, light switches, elevator buttons, and handrails.
* Perform periodic deep cleaning tasks such as carpet cleaning, window washing, and floor care as directed.
* Report maintenance concerns, equipment malfunctions, or safety hazards immediately.
* Properly use, clean, and store all cleaning equipment and chemicals following safety protocols.
* Wear the company uniform and photo  all times while on site.## Required Skills & Physical Demands
* Minimum 1 year of janitorial or commercial cleaning experience preferred.
* Knowledge of professional cleaning techniques, products, and equipment.
* Ability to lift up to 50 lbs, stand and walk for full shifts, and perform bending, reaching, and kneeling.
* Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently.
* Punctual, dependable, and committed to a consistent schedule.
* Comfortable working evenings, nights, or weekends based on facility needs.
* Must be willing to complete a background check.## Must-Haves
* ** Reliable Transportation:
** Must have private transportation to and from the job site.
* Full-time availability (36+ hours per week) with flexibility for evening or weekend shifts as needed.
* Smartphone for scheduling via Agendrix, checklists, and team communication.##
