Overview2020 Companies is hiring a full‑time Merchandising Field Service Representative. The role is responsible for executing shared services projects in partnership with the Shared Services Field Management team. Responsibilities focus on execution, communication, leadership, and coordination within the shared services division. Tasks include break‑fix repairs, display installation, and general merchandising.
Key Responsibilities- Execute and coordinate shared services projects across local, area markets, and division‑wide, ensuring accurate tracking of all work functions.
- Respond to and maintain consistent communication with field services management and Field Representatives within 24 hours of contact.
- Complete at least 30 hours of field work on average per week for a 12‑month period.
- Keep availability updated and accurate; schedule and complete all assigned jobs within 48 hours of receipt.
- Lead, install, and build displays, end caps, and fixturing; maintain and update displays according to planograms and client requests.
- Conduct break‑fix repairs to keep displays and fixtures fully functional.
- Lead early projects, overnight and early‑morning installations, and team installations involving two or more people; provide solution feedback.
- Manage virtual software teams to ensure successful execution of related tasks and timelines.
- Work independently and lead teams in a fast‑paced environment; complete a variety of training and certification programs.
- Accurately track, manage, record, and communicate activity via designated systems and workflows.
- Be available for weekend, holiday, and early‑morning assignments as needed.
- Provide daily communication, direction, training, and guidance to the team, ensuring role clarity and timely timecard submission.
- Support shared services initiatives, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and timelines.
- Build and maintain strong relationships within the shared services team, clients, and stakeholders.
- Travel to assigned locations within the market and region as required for projects and programs.
- Demonstrate professionalism, effective communication, and strong leadership while representing the company.
- Ensure customer and client satisfaction meets or exceeds established shared service field KPIs.
- Identify and communicate challenges related to shared services field operations, offering solutions and process improvements when necessary.
- Age or Eligibility:
Must be 18 years or older and authorized to work in the United States. - Availability:
Flexible availability Monday through Friday; need weekend and holiday availability; early‑morning and late‑night availability. - Physical Abilities:
Climb ladders up to 10feet; lift and carry up to 60lbs; kneel, walk, crouch, bend, reach overhead. - Communication
Skills:
Effective communication via phone, text, and email; respond within 24 hours of contact. - Education:
High school diploma or equivalent required. - Experience:
Retail or merchandising experience beneficial; installation and merchandising experience preferred; proficiency with hand and power tools; ability to follow planograms. - Technology:
Own an Android or Apple device to upload photos and data; navigate communication platforms independently. - Training:
Complete all training assignments and tasks within designated time frames. - Transportation:
Reliable transportation, valid driver’s license, proof of insurance; willing to travel up to 60% of the year. - Leadership & Communication:
Superior leadership skills, professional communication, presentation skills; autonomous, excellent time‑management and reporting; ability to lead a team and foster open communication.
- Hourly pay: $17.00 per hour.
- Next‑day pay on-demand with Daily Pay.
