Chief Engineer

We are looking for a skilled and experienced Chief Engineer to oversee the day-to-day operations of our facility maintenance team. This is a hands‑on leadership role responsible for ensuring the functionality, safety, and efficiency of all building systems, including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, carpentry, and more. The ideal candidate will bring deep technical knowledge, strong leadership capabilities, and the ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, team‑oriented environment.

As a key contributor to our operations team, the Chief Engineer plays a critical role in maintaining brand standards and regulatory compliance while driving high‑quality performance across all maintenance functions.

• Evaluate building systems to determine necessary maintenance, repairs, or upgrades.
• Coordinate and supervise maintenance projects, ensuring timely and accurate completion.
• Create and implement preventive maintenance programs to minimize downtime and extend equipment life.
• Assist in budget planning, including estimating costs for repairs and capital improvement projects.
• Serve as the primary liaison with brand partners to ensure compliance with evolving brand standards.

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Strong leadership skills with experience in staff development, evaluations, and scheduling.
• Minimum 5 years of progressive maintenance experience.
• Strong analytical and diagnostic skills, with the ability to resolve complex maintenance issues.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities, with a customer‑focused approach.
