Maintenance Custodian Associate

Maintain safety of the facility by following safety standards and guidelines, conduct safety sweeps, supervise forklift procedures, handle hazardous materials safely, and report unsafe situations to management;
Clean all areas of the facility (floors, windows, restrooms, trash receptacles) following procedures and using approved chemicals and equipment;
Respond to spills, operate floor scrubbers, and dispose of cardboard, plastic, and trash per Environmental Sustainability Program;
Maintain appropriate levels of chemicals and supplies, rotate/store chemicals correctly, and place orders to replenish supplies;
Provide a positive first and last impression to members by ensuring a safe, clean environment.
