- Incumbents must have a valid driver’s license to operate a golf cart on property.
Incumbents need to be able to stand, walk, and/or sit for extended periods of time and bend, stoop, climb ladders, reach, carry objects, and crawl in confined areas. Must work inside and outside in all weather conditions (rain, snow, heat, hail, wind, sleet). Must push, pull, lift, carry or maneuver weights up to twenty‑five (25) pounds independently and up to fifty (50) pounds with assistance.
Rare or regular travel may be required to assist other properties. Flexible work schedule includes evenings, weekends, holidays, and on‑call duties.
The hourly range for this position is $16.00–$17.00. Pay is determined by business requirements, prior experience, current skills and geographic location. Eligible for quarterly or annual bonus programs (corporate positions) or weekly, monthly, or quarterly bonuses (on‑site positions).
