Floor Technician

As a Floor Technician at Office Pride, you will play a critical role in maintaining and restoring hard floors and carpeted surfaces across a variety of commercial facilities. This position requires an experienced professional who takes pride in delivering high quality floor care services with attention to detail, professionalism, and consistency. We are seeking a dependable and motivated bilingual team member with experience in commercial floor care, including scrubbing, stripping, waxing, burnishing, carpet cleaning, and specialty floor maintenance.

Schedule:

Full-time, primarily evenings and nights. Additional weekday and occasional weekend work will be required based on project schedules and customer needs.

Perform commercial floor care services including: floor stripping, sealing, and waxing; deep scrubbing and refinishing; high speed burnishing; carpet extraction and low moisture carpet cleaning; spot removal and deodorization; rubber floor cleaning and restoration; operating auto scrubbers, burnishers, extractors, and other floor equipment; properly mix and use cleaning chemicals according to company and safety standards; maintain equipment and report maintenance needs;

complete assigned projects efficiently and thoroughly; follow safety procedures and use PPE appropriately; communicate professionally with supervisors, team members, and customers; assist with general cleaning duties when needed.

• Minimum 2 years of commercial floor care experience required; experience with stripping and waxing VCT floors required; experience operating commercial floor equipment required; bilingual English/Spanish required (must be able to communicate effectively in both languages); strong attention to detail and commitment to quality; reliable, punctual, and organized; ability to lift equipment and supplies and work in physically demanding environments; valid driver's license and reliable transportation required;

must be authorized to work in the United States.

Full-time, Hourly Position. Starting at $20.00+/hour based on experience. Bonus opportunities available.
