As a Technician, you will play an essential role in supporting large-scale technology deployment projects for K-12 schools and educational organizations. You will be responsible for diagnosing and repairing devices, preparing systems for deployment, maintaining accurate inventory records, and ensuring all equipment meets quality standards before shipment.

• Diagnose and troubleshoot hardware and software issues on laptops and related devices.
• Repair or replace defective components, including screens, housings, keyboards, batteries, and system boards.
• Perform operating system installations, software updates, and device configuration.
• Conduct testing and quality assurance checks to ensure devices meet company and customer standards.
• Scan devices and accurately apply asset tags and inventory labels.
• Unbox, process, and organize incoming computer equipment and technology assets.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High School diploma or equivalent; experience in a related field is a plus.
• Basic computer skills, including data entry experience.
• Ability to lift 50+ lbs and stand for long periods.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Capable of performing repetitive tasks, such as scanning and stocking inventory.
• Able to pass a background check and have the legal right to work in the U.S.
• Flexibility in tasks and willingness to work in a fast-paced environment.

• 8-hour shift
• Monday to Friday
• 8AM - 4:30PM
• Weekends as needed

Competitive hourly wage of $17 per hour
