• Clean and polish lighting fixtures, marble surfaces, and ornaments.
• Clean rooms, corridors, lobbies, halls, bathrooms, corridors, elevators, staircases, dressing rooms, and other work areas.
• Sweep the floor.
• Vacuum carpets, rugs, upholstered furniture, and curtains.
• Remove dust from furniture and equipment.
• Polish metal carpentry.
• Wash walls, ceilings, and carpentry.
• Wash windows, door panels, and window sills.
• Empty trash bins; and empty and clean ashtrays.
• Transport trash and waste to the disposal area.
• Replenish bathroom supplies.
• Perform other tasks assigned.

• MUST HAVE PREVIOUS EXPERIENCE IN FLOOR WORK in removing old wax, scrubbing and applying vinyl floor finish, carpet extraction, pressure washing, and floor machinery.
• MUST HAVE PREVIOUS EXPERIENCE IN CLEANING.
• Must be flexible to help with other cleaning duties.
• MUST BE ELIGIBLE TO WORK IN THE UNITED STATES.
• Must be able to read English.
• Must be able to pass a criminal background check, drug test, and driver’s license.
• Must be over 18 years old.
• Must have personal transportation to travel in the area.
• Must have a valid Florida driver’s license.
• Must have a clean driving record.
