Adhere to health and safety policies and GMPs;
Prepare production equipment for cleaning and perform cleaning (CIP and sanitize);
Clean and sanitize conveyors, conveying equipment, drip pans, and rails; floors and drains; ceilings and walls in production and warehouse areas;
Maintain elevators, floors, and stairwells in a clean and safe condition; vacuuming, sweeping, and mopping;
Maintain sanitation documentation and ensure proper completion of Master Sanitation Schedule daily
