Schedule:

Monday – Friday, 5:00am – 1:30pm.

• Weld outlets onto steel pipe for the fire sprinkler industry.
• Perform specialty welding tasks; spool pieces, flanges, etc.
• Inspect work for defects, dimensions, alignment, end preparations, and seam splits in pipe.
• Maintain a clean and safe welding station while conforming to standards of quality and performance.
• Report all equipment malfunctions, safety issues, and required repairs.

• 1 to 3 years of welding experience (preferred).
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to prioritize workload appropriately to balance multiple demands and meet timelines.
• Continued focus on improving system efficiencies and business practices.
• Attention to detail, demonstrated integrity, and professionalism.
• Desire to learn new things.
• Ability to thrive in an inclusive environment.

• Hourly wage: $17.41 – $26.11 (local adjustments apply).
• Role eligible for bonus or incentive plan.
• Wage complies with all applicable regulations; starting wage may be higher in certain locations.
