Location:

Tampa, Florida. Shift: 6:00 pm – 4:30 am, Tuesday – Saturday.

As a Lead Maintenance Mechanic at Coke Florida, you will troubleshoot and provide immediate preventative and corrective maintenance support to production lines and facilitate change‑over.

• Troubleshoot equipment problems and perform immediate repairs and preventative maintenance
• Overhaul and install new equipment
• Rebuild and fabricate parts
• Perform facility maintenance and keep the work area clean and safe
• Generate parts requests to ensure adequate inventory
• Generate and complete work orders as assigned
• Perform equipment change‑overs and production line set‑ups

• 1‑5 years of industrial maintenance experience
• Previous experience in a high‑speed industrial environment
• Demonstrated mechanical and technical aptitude
• Basic computer skills
• Ability to follow manufacturer specifications and schematics
• Required to supply hand tools

• EET/MET or Mechatronics degree (preferred)
• 5+ years of mechanical/electrical experience (highly preferred)
• Prior diagnostic/troubleshooting and preventative maintenance experience (preferred)
• Programmable Logic Controller (PLC) knowledge (highly preferred)
• TPM maintenance knowledge and abilities (preferred)
• Mill and Lathe experience (preferred)
• SAP experience (preferred)
