Cabin Cleaning Lead

Work Hours: The work hours for this position are approximately Mon – Fri + Weekends 8:00 pm – 6:30 am.

The Lead Cleaner oversees the daily cleaning tasks of the cleaning/janitorial team while keeping assigned areas—offices, commercial spaces, industrial spaces, or institutional buildings—in a clean and orderly condition. The incumbent works successfully with fellow employees, clients, and all levels of the organization, follows instructions—both verbal and written—and explains how to complete a task using basic communication skills.

• 2+ years of commercial janitorial experience
• Understand that safety is a top priority and comply with all safety rules, policies, and procedures
• Must be a team player and committed to working in a fast‑paced, quality environment
• Demonstrates exceptional customer service skills
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus
