Landmark Properties is seeking a Maintenance Technician to support the property’s upkeep and help preserve asset value. You will work on interior and exterior maintenance, assist with repairs, inspections, and service requests while delivering strong resident service in a safety-conscious environment.
The role reports to the Maintenance Supervisor and requires reliable, weekend and after-hours availability for emergencies to help maintain a welcoming community.
