• Zero Downtime Culture:
  Aqua Sonic locations are open 362 days a year, operating for 14 hours a day or a total of 5068 hours annually. Collaborate closely with team members to minimize downtime to 10 hours or less per year, prioritizing operational excellence. Our maintenance team members take ownership of this critical task.
• Equipment Maintenance:
  Perform routine maintenance, inspections, and repairs on car wash equipment to ensure optimal functionality and performance.
• Troubleshooting:
  Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and plumbing issues related to car wash systems and equipment.
• Preventive Maintenance:
  Implement and follow preventive maintenance schedules and procedures to minimize downtime and extend the lifespan of equipment.
• Emergency Repairs:
  Respond promptly to emergency repair requests and resolve issues efficiently to minimize disruptions to operations.
• Inventory Management:
  Maintain accurate inventory records, order necessary parts and supplies, and manage stock levels to support maintenance activities.
• Documentation:
  Complete maintenance logs, work orders, and documentation accurately and timely to track maintenance activities and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Safety Compliance:
  Adhere to safety protocols, use personal protective equipment (PPE) as required, and promote a safe working environment for yourself and others.
• Collaboration:
  
  Coordinate with other maintenance technicians, supervisors, and operations teams to prioritize tasks, share knowledge, and achieve maintenance goals.
• Car Wash Maintenance Knowledge:
  Candidate must have 6 months of experience in Maintenance Tech 1 role in car wash or 2 years of experience working in any role in a high-volume car wash.
