This position is responsible for light bulb changes, HVAC filter changes, oil spill clean-up, and general routine responsibilities. Ensures all completed work complies with Safe Work Practices. Work is assigned from a Supervisor within Facility Services to perform the duties and responsibilities listed below.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Operates company vehicles with appropriate Commercial Driver's License (CDL).
- Operates forklift.
- Replace light bulbs in all Facility Services supported buildings.
- Replace air conditioning filters in all Facility Services support buildings.
- Requires shutting off power at a local disconnect.
- Work on ladder to change light bulbs and access roofs to change HVAC filters only.
- Maximum ladder height is to be ten (10) feet.
- No electric/hydraulic aerial devices (hydraulic man-lift, scissors-lifts, etc.) are to be used.
- Use hand power tools (e.g. electric or battery operated drill motors, etc.) necessary to change light bulbs and HVAC filters only.
- Assist with oil spill clean-up required.
- Work Overtime as required.
- General housekeeping duties.

Physical Demands/Requirements:
Physically capable to lift and carry objects up to 50 lbs.
